This warm and cozy cabin with  Vintage skiing and ice skating touches was built in the 1940s and has updates while maintaining its original charm. This one room cabin sleeps 2 on a full size futon . The small table is perfect for writing, playing a leisurely game of solitaire or relaxing with a cup of coffee while enjoying a view of the Cadillac Countryside. The mini kitchen comes complete with bar-size sink, microwave, counter high refrigerator, and an electric percolator. 32″ Roku TV that includes Netflix. 

Cozy cabins tastefully furnished reminiscent of simpler times providing the best elements of country lodging including a mini-kitchen and wifi – fire pit, horse shoes and space for snowmobiles or other sporting equipment.

  Conveniently located off US-131 and MI-115 exit 176, and a short drive from Lake Mitchell State Park, Lake Cadillac, White Pine Trail (without crossing US-131 or 115), State and Federal Forests, and even Golf Courses.  A perfect base for your next outdoor adventure or golf outing.


These cabins are a cross between a rustic sporting cabin to a vintage boutique get away. 

Outside:  Large grassy areas in the back and center of the property, picnic areas in several areas with tables and charcoal grills.  Fire pit with log seating, firewood is available onsite.  Lots of parking for snowmobiles, boats, and orv’s. 

Guest Access:  Access is by electronic keypad.  You will receive an email with the code and directions

Other things to note

There is no onsite manager but we are available by preferably text or email or phone.  You may see our grounds keeper at times or carpenter or the owners working on renovating other cabins. 

Snow Removal:  Our grounds keeper provides snow removal that clears the driveway, parking area and walkway to the cabin entry.  Snow removal is triggered after an even causing 4″ or more of accumulations since the last removal.  So snow will usually be removed, but there may be occasions where there is a few inches of snow on the driveway and walkway.  A snow shovel and salt is provided in the open garage.

  • Old restored windows and doors can be drafty, especially the floors
  • Satelite Internet which is painfully slow for surfing, emails etc and will not support gaming
  • Workers on site working on other cabins
  • Located on busy street
  • The north side cabins have long term residents – please do not disturb them
  • Cabins are small and cozy but a bit crowded when beds are pulled out
  • Water heater is new mini-tank/on-demand hybrid so short showers are best
